What is musical theatre?
Musical theatre is performing arts and developed from light opera in the early 20th century.

Task 1)
Think of a time you saw a musical, when did they break into songs?

Well when I watched our school musical Fat Sams, I noticed that they broke into songs when something was about to happen or something big has happened.
Fat Sams, woman weren't really allowed to be part of the 'gang' or allowed to be strong without being wicked.
