Our Stone Age Art

Our Stone Age Art

In social studies, we have been learning and researching about cave people. My group and I were learning about the Neolithic age. Today we painted with our hands and sticks to paint a story and to paint what we think the Neolithic people would have done.

In the Neolithic age, the people used dirt or charcoal with spit or animal fat to paint on walls of caves.
My friends and were painting people and doing handprints. I interpreted that handprints mean you own that or that it's yours. The people that I drew were my friends.
