Why is being resilience and being able to cope with change important in a business environment?
It is important to be resilience in a business environment because everyone is different and you need to chin up and face the reality that you can't work or deal with people you like all the time.
What have I learned: I have learned more about resilience.
My favourite quote about resilience is :
Was there anything I didn't understand: To be honest no not yet when I say not yet I mean nothing has come across hard for me YET.
How do I relate to a video called "Who Ate My Cheese?"
I can relate to it because somedays I don't want to do anything differently but I have too.
Heres the video: CLICK HERE TO SEE THE VIDEO
How can we show resilience in the busness kete at school?
I can show it by dealing with people I don't really like and not let it bother me.

Wonder Work Part Four 165-220
1. It means "now listen carefully its pretty simple. listen with your heart and you'll see clearly. everything is visible to one that looks clearly".
2. Jack wasn't really keen to go to school and show around the "freak". His mum inspired him to say yes.
3. Jack wasn't sure what was happening when he found out he was distressed.
4. I think he was trying to protect his friend. So I guess it was the right thing to do, although violence is never the answer.
5. I think that he is a superior friend to Auggie but Jack is just trying to fit in with the 'cool crowd'.
6. I think that Augie will think its cool and their friendship will come back together and be the best of friends again.
7. The reason for her stupid act is because I think she wants everything to be perfect and want to send "everything has to be perfect" representation to Julian.
8. That statement is definitely not correct. August is not handicapped, if he was it would stop him from learning differently from others, and it's not. I also think her other statement is wrong, she just wants people to think that.
9. Mrs Albans obviously has something against not so 'normal' people.
10. I think that Jack pretends like he doesn't care but I think he actually does care.
